Amigurumi hamster free pattern
This is a Crochet amigurumi animal pattern, very easy crochet project for beginners. You will learn how to make an amigurumi with a simple structure. This can be a fast crochet project for a handmade gift. You can use this hamster as a keychain, nursery decoration, christmas tree ornament, etc.

For this pattern you will need:
- Gray and white yarn 4 mm (if it looks "hairy even better)
- Yellow and red yarn 4 mm
- Black thread
- Safety eyes, buttons or beads( I am using 6mm safety eyes)
- Recycled lingonberry Christmas ornaments.
Hook size:
For this pattern I am using a 4 mm clover hook but you can use a smaller or bigger in any brand of your preference. The bigger the hook the less tight the stitches and the bigger your amigurumi. If you use the hook I am recommending in this pattern and your fabric still looks loose (you can see the stuffing) you should use a smaller hook.
I have tested this pattern myself but please let me know if there is an error. You can share and distribute this pattern but please give me the credits and do not use it for commercial purposes.
Body:
With gray:
Rnd 1- Sc 5 into Magic ring. (5 sts)
Rnd 2- 2sc around (10 sts)
Rnd 3- [2sc in next st, sc in next st] around. (15 sts)
Rnd 4- Sc around. (15)
Rnd 5- [2sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts]around. (20 sts)
Rnd 6 to 9- Sc around (20 sts)
Change to white
Rnd 10 to 11- Sc around (20 sts)
Rnd 12- [Inv. Dec. in next st, sc in next 2 sts] around. (15 sts)
Rnd 13-[Inv. Dec. in next st, Sc in next st] (10 sts)
Fasten off off weave the ends.
Legs and arms:
(make legs in white color and arms in gray color)
Rnd 1- Sc 4 into Magic ring (4 sts)
Rnd 2- 2sc around (8 sts)
Rnd 3- [2sc in next sc, sc in next st] around (12 sts)
Rnd 4 to 7- Sc around (12 sts)
Fasten off and leave tail to sew into the body.
Ears:
Rnd 1- Sc 4 into Magic ring (4 sts)
Rnd 2- 2sc around (8 sts)
Fasten off and leave tail to sew it on the body.
The Bag
With red:
Chain 2.
Rnd 1- 4sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sl st in first st, to join.
Rnd 2- ch1, [ 2sc in each st]around, Sl st in first st, to join. (8 sts)
Switch to yellow
Rnd 3- ch1, [sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts]around (12 sts)
Fasten off.
Finish the bag making the holder of the bag with simple chain stitches and sewing them with the rest of the bag. Place the lingonberry fruits inside and sew them so they don't fall. You are done!
